Where are Emihouse apartments located? Are they in one place? Do guests have access to the entire apartment? All of our apartments are private residences located in Rzeszów, in two locations: Emihouse Kopisto at Al. Kopisto 8 and Emihouse Pobitno at Małopolska St. 1-3. The apartments are in modern residential buildings with 24-hour security. Guests have access to the entire apartment. Is there a reception at the property? There is no reception at Emihouse, and we will not be present in person, but we are available should guests need us. How can I check in and where do I pick up the keys? Do I need to meet someone from Emihouse? Where exactly is the key box? We give our guests the freedom to check in and out independently at any time (from 3:00 PM). There is no need to schedule a key pick-up in advance as the keys are in a safe mounted near the door of the apartment. On the day of arrival, before check-in time, we send all the necessary details to the phone number/email address provided during booking. How do I check out and return the keys? Similarly, as with check-in, there is no need to schedule key pick-up, you can check out at any time (before 11:00 AM), just lock the door and leave the keys in the safe/box. Can I check in earlier or check out later? Yes, early check-in or late check-out is possible depending on availability, for an additional charge of 25 PLN/hour. Late check-out means staying in the apartment until 2:00 PM at most. If you wish to stay longer, you will need to book an additional night. Please include the request in your reservation or contact us after booking, and we will try to accommodate you. I’m coming by car, is there parking at Emihouse? Where can I park? Is the parking free/paid? Guests traveling by car can book a private parking space in the underground garage for 40 PLN per day (price for direct bookings, the standard price is 50 PLN/day). Spaces are limited, so we recommend booking in advance. Guests can also use free public parking spaces on nearby streets (depending on availability). Are breakfasts available at Emihouse? Yes, we offer the option to order freshly prepared breakfast boxes delivered directly to the apartment. The breakfasts consist of high-calorie, healthy, and high-quality products and include three different sets: classic, fit, and vegetarian. Breakfast is delivered by 7:00 AM. The cost of one breakfast set is 35 PLN. Please order by 8:00 PM. Is there internet access in the apartments, and do I need a code/password? Is the internet free? Yes, each of our apartments offers free, unlimited access to fast fiber-optic Wi-Fi internet. No password is needed, access is via secure Social Wi-Fi login. What payment methods are available for booking? When booking on our website or directly (by phone/email), our guests are guaranteed secure transactions and flexible payment conditions: payment by credit card, via an online payment system, secure payment link, or traditional bank transfer. Payment methods for bookings made on third-party booking platforms (e.g. Booking, Airbnb) are available on the respective platform. Do you issue VAT invoices? Yes, after payment, we issue a receipt or VAT invoice. To receive a VAT invoice, simply provide your company's VAT number before paying. Invoices are sent electronically to the provided email address. Are the prices given per person or per apartment? All prices listed on our website are for the entire apartment, for the number of persons stated during booking. The maximum number of sleeping places is indicated in the description of each apartment. Is it possible to add an extra bed/crib for a child? Yes, we offer cribs and high chairs for children, but quantities are limited. Please contact us in advance if you wish to request one. The additional fee for renting is 40 PLN/stay. What equipment is in the apartment? All apartments are equipped with an iron, ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer, towels, and hotel toiletries. A complete list of equipment is available on our website: /apartments How well-equipped is the kitchen/kitchenette? Are there coffee/tea/sugar/salt/pepper? The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer, dishwasher, electric stove, Nespresso coffee machine, oven or microwave (depending on the apartment), toaster, kettle, pots/pans, and necessary dishes and cutlery. Additionally, each apartment provides coffee, tea, sugar, salt, and pepper. Are towels and bed linen provided in the apartments? Yes, each apartment comes with clean towels for each guest. The beds will be made up as in hotel standards. For guests staying longer, we will change the bedding and towels weekly. How long does it take to walk to the Market Square/Old Town? Emihouse Kopisto apartments are just a 10-minute walk from the Rzeszów Old Town, the main promenade on 3 Maja St., and other Old Town attractions. Emihouse Pobitno apartments are located 3 km from the Rzeszów Market Square. Where is the nearest currency exchange/ dry cleaner? The currency exchange and dry cleaner are located in the service area of the building where Emihouse Kopisto apartments are located. Where is the nearest store/bar/restaurant? In the Emihouse Kopisto building, there is a "Żabka" store, Muzyczna Kuchnia Restaurant, Thai Cooking Rzeszów, and Domino’s Pizza. The nearest grocery store "Delikatesy Premium" is 50 meters from Emihouse Pobitno. Is there an elevator in the building? Yes, the buildings where Emihouse Kopisto and Pobitno apartments are located are equipped with modern, quiet elevators. How long can I rent an apartment? Emihouse apartments can be rented for both short and long terms, for any length of time - a day, a month. The longer you stay with us, the lower the price per day. Special packages/offers and current prices are always available on our website: special-offers Will the apartment be cleaned during my stay? For longer stays, the apartment will be cleaned for free every 7 days. Upon special request, we can carry out additional cleaning with a change of bedding and towels, but this involves an additional fee of 100 PLN. Can I store my luggage after checking out? We do not have luggage storage on-site, but there is a luggage storage service at the Millenium Hall Shopping Center (350 meters from Emihouse) or at the train station. Are pets allowed at Emihouse? We love pets and would gladly accept all our guests with their pets, but due to our regulations, we cannot always allow pets. Guests planning to bring a pet are asked to contact us before booking for individual approval. The pet fee is 50 PLN per day. Guests are also required to comply with our pet stay regulations available at: /regulations Is smoking allowed in the apartments? According to the regulations, smoking of any tobacco products, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited in all apartments. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony, ensuring that the balcony door is closed so that tobacco smoke does not enter the apartment. Can I invite others to the rented apartment? Guests are welcome until 10:00 PM but must notify the reception of visitors. Overnight stays by additional persons in the apartment incur an extra fee. Can I organize a meeting or late-night party? At Emihouse apartments, we ensure that our guests and the residents of other apartments can rest comfortably. Therefore, we ask guests to observe quiet hours (from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM) and not to organize parties or meetings with more people than those declared in the reservation. Non-registered persons may stay as guests in the apartment until 10:00 PM. I have a non-refundable reservation, but I need to cancel my arrival. Can I get a refund? According to the booking conditions, we do not refund the amount paid for a non-refundable reservation. However, in justified cases, there is an option to reschedule the reservation for another date. Can I order a transfer from Rzeszów-Jasionka Airport? How much does it cost? Yes, we offer private transfer services to/from Rzeszów-Jasionka Airport through a transport company. The cost is 80 PLN (daytime) and 100 PLN (nighttime) for up to 4 people. For a larger group, the price is determined individually. Please contact the reception to arrange this.
